What could be better than brownies? Brownies with brownie batter and whipped cream! Since the brownie batter is made egg-free, it is safe to eat in this wonderful layered dessert in a jar.

Brownie Supreme Recipe in a Jar

This little dessert doesn't take long to prepare since it uses dry brownie mix and purchased brownies. You will definitely get your chocolate fix with this one!



Recipes in Jars

Ingredients

Purchased or prepared brownies
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
3 1/2 cups dry brownie mix, separated
5 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

 

Directions

Slice the prepared brownies into small bite-size pieces. Set aside.

Egg-free Brownie Batter:
In a bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups of dry brownie mix, water and oil. Stir until combined well.

Whipped Cream:
In another bowl, combine cream and 1 cup dry brownie mix. Beat cream for 4 to 6 minutes on medium high speed until it forms stiff peaks.

Assembly:
In 8 8 oz. glass jars, layer brownie pieces, brownie batter (about a heaping teaspoon), chocolate chips and whipped cream (about a heaping teaspoon). Wipe jars if necessary, then repeat layers. Store in refrigerator.
